We are introducing bicycle rides for ladies only.   If you are a lady and you have a bicycle, come out on Thursday at 6 pm and join us.   Our rides start every Thursday starting on May 2, 2013 at our Glebe store at 680 Bank Street.   The ride commences at 6:15 pm and we promise to have you all back by 7:30 pm.   We will be taking gentle rides through beautiful neighbourhoods and country sides.   We will ride in a group and nobody will be left behind.   For more details, please contact daniele.avery@gmail.com.

Our regular Monday rides are greatly gaining popularity.   As in the past years, we commence at 6:00 pm, so it’s a good idea to show up at around 5:45 pm.   Our rides go from both our Kanata and Glebe stores.   We choose nice, mildly undulating roads choosing scenic routes which the Ottawa area has plenty of.   Our rides usually go for about 50 km.

Come join us and enjoy the camaraderie and joy of riding in a group.   We have groups for various paces, each with a leader responsible for keeping the group together and happy.  This is becoming a city-wide tradition in Ottawa.   Help us continue promoting a healthy fresh air life style.
